Consumers have a right of withdrawal under the following conditions, whereby consumers are any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that cannot be attributed predominantly to their commercial or self-employed professional activity:

Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day of the conclusion of the contract.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Ilka Matthiessen, erbsünde, Karlsbader Str. 8, 80937 Munich, Germany, Email: info@erbsuende.com) by means of a clear statement (e.g., a letter sent by post or email) about your decision to withdraw from this contract.
You can use the attached sample withdrawal form for this purpose, but it is not mandatory.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send the notification of exercising the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires.

Consequences of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of the supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than fourteen days from the day on which we are informed about your withdrawal from this contract. We will make the reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.

Expiration of the Right of Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal expires prematurely if we have begun the performance of the contract after you have expressly agreed that we commence performance of the contract before the withdrawal period expires and you have confirmed your awareness that by giving your consent, you lose your right of withdrawal at the commencement of the contract’s performance.
