The sale of digital files (ebooks and plotter files) is international and free of shipping costs (download of the files).
The files are available for download immediately after payment is received. You can find the download link in your confirmation email or in your customer account (if you created one at checkout).
Paper Sewing Patterns and Iron-On Transfers
Shipping of paper sewing patterns and iron-on transfers is available within Europe. It is sent by mail or DHL within 3 – 7 working days after receipt of payment (depending on the shipping location).*

Paper Sewing Patterns and Iron-On Transfers: 2.80 EUR flat rate
Shipping Flat Rate within EUROPE
ebooks and plotter files: Free (Download of the files)
Paper Sewing Patterns and Iron-On Transfers: 4.50 EUR flat rate
Payment Methods
For shipping within Germany, we offer the following payment options:
- Advance payment by bank transfer
- Payment via PayPal
Advance payment by bank transfer: Transfer the invoice amount to our bank account with the specified purpose. We will provide our bank details and the transfer purpose separately by email as part of the order processing.
Payment via PayPal: If you choose PayPal as your payment method, you will be automatically redirected to PayPal during the purchase process. After completing the payment, the digital product will be available for download.

* Information on calculating the delivery date: The delivery period begins on the day following the issuance of the payment order to the transferring bank in the case of advance payment or on the day following the conclusion of the contract in the case of other payment methods and ends with the expiry of the last day of the period. If the last day of the period falls on a Saturday, Sunday, or a nationally recognized public holiday at the place of delivery, the next working day shall replace such a day.
